Everything is freaking awesome!

It is a wonderful feeling to know the excess baggage is on its way out.

Is that how you felt when you got rid of that last guy of yours? :)

Initially, yes.

Then I got sad.

Then I got angry.

Now, I'm glad it's over. It's time to change some things that just weren't changing while he was around.

Bah! Extra 'u' or no extra 'u', I've been changing my hair color for the last 8 years.... though maybe it's time to switch shades... from red to brown, maybe....

Lol, go red like me! Like a dark redish auburn  We can be like sisters then! <3

My sexy ass car makes me happy. Also, despite the fact that my cats [for the most part] hate me, whenever they see me with a string or bottle of bubbles they run to me and purr. <3 The feeling that I've finally made ammends with those stupid pussies makes me happy. Then I put them down and they smack me and bite me. :(

On Topic:

Minicoder makes me happy. Every time I hear him giggle or laugh, every time he comes crawling over to me as fast as he can, or lifts his arms for me to pick him up. Or when he and I are playing, which is me tickling him, and he leans over and tries to "eat" my nose. oh, and can't forget watching him cruise the furniture, knowing that in a few weeks or month he will be walking on his own! Yes, I am a proud papa!!!

@neotifa... I've been red for the last 8 years. I was blond for :censored: years before that. At this point, "different" can mean:

1. Black, at which point I have to buy ridiculously low cut dresses and gaudy amounts of eye makeup. Because you can't be as pasty as I am with black hair and NOT look like Elvira.

2. Brown. For that "normal" look.

3. Something completely unnatural, ie pink, blue, etc, which will require extensive clothing shopping to complete the Rainbow Bright effect.

However, I hate shopping. So it's likely going to go brown.

Considering I wake up in the morning and piss excellence that makes me awesome. I put awesome sauce on my food and shit championships.

But seriously...

My kids playing sports, nothing beats watching them succeed. Just the other day my oldest made two "awesome" plays in the outfield. One was a catch and throw from deep left to 1st to make a double play, and to end the inning late in the game with a fielding ball and threw the runner out heading home.

My 4 year old playing soccer and smiling also. Or at night when he makes me come upstairs to watch King of the Hill with him before falling asleep.

Nothing is more awesome then kids.

On the cat note, we have two of them - one constantly shits and pisses in random spots on the floor because she is too lazy to use the litter box. She might be receiving a dirt nap soon which sucks cause she used to be awesome.

I'm always surprised how many parents there are on this board. How many people here have gotten the kids into coding?

I tried getting my 15yr old into web development, he is even taking a class on it. The teacher decided she would teach the students how to build websites from the 90's using tables, frames and animated gifs.

He has no interest in computers. My 4yr old already knows how to log people off the computer, sign into his profile by selecting the appropriate picture, open up firefox navigate to his favorite sites (all by clicking - he is 4 and can't type efficiently yet) he somehow managed to change the firefox skin on his browser.

He has almost completed beating Kirby on the DS, he plays Lego Indiana Jones on the Xbox, and a few other games.

He builds toy guns out of lego's :gunsmilie: and has different names for all of them (both pistols and AR's), basically he knows more about engineering and computers than the rest of my household combined. He will be the computer prodigy in my household.

My older daughter is all about climbing trees, playing in dirt and kicking a soccer ball across the yard.

My younger daughter is obsessed with unicorns, castles and frilly dresses.

My dog, however, is a flippin' genius. She can slam one paw across the keyboard and accomplish things I have been unable to replicate.
