I was just looking for some resources but everytime a click in a link it opens a browser with this on in:

is this only happening with me?

Hmmmm. That is weird I just tried a couple and it was fine with me. I tried it with ff, ie, and mozilla. It was all fine

is such a situation, i would recommend going back to the last page that worked, and 'log out' then log in again, this should reset the cookie data with a new session id.
