I only had one apple today.
I do feel better. I got fed for only $4 today, and I just got paid. So, maybe my dizziness is a combination of no eating and caffeine.

I often got dizzy spells upon standing, without having had caffeine...probably the result of poor circulation and a slow heart beat although I think they used to be a lot worse.
People under estimate just how dramatically a persons diet affects their well being. Feeling like shit is very often the result of a poor diet.
Fats could be the culprit. But, it's really a lack of certain types of fat that the body desperately needs, on top of the abundance of the saturated fats that the body could do without. Essential fatty acids (Omega-3 and 6) are used throughout the body, especially in the brain. It isn't just a matter of simply consuming EFA's, they need to be of high quality (not deteriorated) and also in the right balance (3:1, Ω-6:Ω-3) for optimum health. Your average American gets way too much Ω-6 and not nearly enough Ω-3.
My diet consists primarily of fruits and vegetables sprinkled with hulled hemp seeds, which provides the correct amount and balance of Ω's, 11 grams of high quality protein per serving, magnesium, iron and phosphorous plus whatever other vitamins are present. Despite that on some days I don't eat very much at all, this has been my diet quite consistently for the past several months. In this time my mood has improved dramatically, I've felt less sick in the mornings and more like I want to live in general.

I know, those perfectly balanced Ω's apparently do make a difference.
A lot of people who are actually somewhat concerned about getting EFA's in their diet likely try to do so with a supplement like fish oil (most contain only Ω-3/ALA) or evening primrose(Ω-6/GLA). I have even recently seen commercials for a prescription only "FDA approved" pill, derived from fish oil that contains "omega-3 acid ethyl esters" (LOVAZA, to lower bad fat levels in the blood).
It is easier, healthier and more delicious to integrate hulled hemp seed and/or hemp seed oil into your diet.

Its probably all mental, i went through a phase where i thought caffeine was giving me headaches and making me light headed but i found that if you go looking for symptoms like that you will find them
