I found a loophole too. Everytime one of Wal-Marts ATMs do a transaction, I have the change round up to the nearest dollar and deposit it in a couple overseas accounts. I'll be a billionaire by next month.

it has to be cross-market to be arbitrage. like, currency exchange can be a form of arbitrage, or cross selling on stock markets.

and he wasn't simply buying low selling high, he was falsely inflating the price to trap other bidders.
