photographs/graphics help

Hello,
I have been a photographer for many yrs,I save my photographs/graphics in photoshop as jpgs.I am new to programming should I be saving my photographs as something other than jpgs in photoshop,is photoshop my problem for my image coding not working on my blogs/profiles on myspace and other sites which you need programming skills.

as long as your saving those images as jpg when your done with them in photoshop then you should be okay. photoshop isnt your problem , its probably the code.

if your editing pictures in photoshop though,
you might want to go ahead and save those as .psd's (photoshops file format)

and then also save some as jpgs. this way the psds maintain your edits and you can go back and change them at a later date. but those wont show up on the web and are much bigger files so you use the jpgs to put on the web.

Also, when you are saving them for websites or whatnot, besure to save them "optomized as" or "optomized for web" or whatever the hell they are calling it this version.
