In Arkansas, $500 is counted as grand theft. I done some searching and found Vermont is only $200.
EDIT: Also, youre only seeing the money part of it. There was a firearm, doesnt really matter where you are if you steal a firearm it's not longer a misdeamenor.

Ask the police one question:
"If I stole the purse, why would I bring it back?"
Boom, no jury trial. Damn ya'll are dumb.

lol nooblet, I've been around law enforcement all my life. My family has cops, lawyers, detective etc. I also do work for the DTF so Im around it a lot. I did have to look to find Vermonts though because most states is $500. The firearm though is counted as grand theft.
KYA, that doesnt always work. The justice system goes by physical evidence more than logical explanations. If his fingerprints were the only ones on the purse like a guy was wearing a pair of gloves. Then bam, he gets the blame.

Mine was last year when I was in the seventh grade. I realized that if I want to be successful when I'm older I need to do good in school. In sixth grade I got E's, D's and, C's. In seventh grade I got A's and B's. This year in eighth grade I hope to get straight A's. Then Go to college in ninth grade.
