Coffee Roasting

Last night I successfully roasted about one pound of coffee! I was so giddy, I had the neighbors stop by just to see the process.

Basically, it involves unroasted beans, a cookie sheet and an air popcorn popper. It's rediculously good (Better than anything Starbucks for sure) and potentially costs about $1 a pound. I'll find some resources and get pics later on if you are interested.

i drank coffee once. i couldnt sleep for two days. therefore i drink milk. that makes me sleepy

i work at starbucks. i dont roast the coffee, the coffee roasts me.

what a whore i am. but for $8.50/hr + stock, you would be too.
