I wish I went to your high school. I graduated with 37 college credits. How many do you expect to graduate with?

I love your school. My school is one of the top ones in the nation, but it just doesnt beat your school's IT Specialty center.

It is an awesome program. The BC Calculus and Discrete teacher has a Ph.D in math, and loves letting us write code and use it in class, so it will turn into an awesome two classes! Database could either be really good or a flop.

@NeoTifa: That one is pretty old and on the other page. I see this as a good alternative to necroposting in this case.

@xTorvos: I expect to graduate with 37 credits, if I go in-state and test out of Data Structures I to make 40. The AP credits definitely add up, and as we don't have to pay to take them (and get paid for passing math, science, and English AP's), it makes sense to take them.

My school didn't really offer any computer classes at all, other than desktop applications class. I had to go to my local trade school to take some. There I took 4 cisco classes my Junior and Senior year. It was ok, but I didn't really take my first programming class until college. I wish they offered more CS classes around where I live.

I'm not 100% sure about my schedule for next semester as I'm changing studies to Medialogy. But I think it will be programming introduction, animation and how to study in a problem based study.

I would love to have had the chance to take some programming or even computer related courses in my "high-school". *Drooling with envy*
