Stop now and switch your major to cooking.
No offense, but software engineering just isn't for everyone. I'm not cut out to be a doctor and I can admit that. There is no shame in saying you aren't good at designing and archetecting a program.
If you are early enough in the course you can still get your money back and go into something you actually like. If you continue down a path that you aren't suited for all you are going to do is make yourself miserable and waste a lot of your own valuable time that could be put to better use.
