To be honest, this probably is the wrong forum for your type of question. DIC is based more on code (not hardware). I would do some research (check out Google). I'm sure it can be done. Have you looked into just plugging your wii or ps3 into your computer? I don't know if that will do the job or not. Sorry I'm not much help.

This question give no detail as to what you are trying to accomplish.
The PS3 has a blue ray drive, & I believe that the Wii does not. What device are you adding this drive to? What needs to be duplicated from the PS3 &/or Wii to work with your device? How are you adding this drive to your device that it needs to be like the PS3 &/or Wii drive?
There are far too many how, what, & why questions about your statement to even begin to try to help out. But I can ask... why not just buy a PS3 &/or Wii & remove the drive? Why try to duplicate it when it can just be adjusted?

This is done with software, not hardware. The software will react to the turntables movements & add the desired effect to the audio. A cd/dvd drive will read data from the disk & store the data into a buffer. Using a cd/dvd drive like a turntable to mix will only result in data loss & I/O errors.

Oh and i just needed to know how to make a cd slide right into the device istead of a tray opening to insert the disk, it does'nt have to be like a wii or ps3.

A PS3 drive has a trigger in the center, when a disk is inserted the controller arms sweep in an outward motion, pulling the disk in. The disk hits a 2nd trigger & the central spinny thing raises & inserts into the center hole of the disk.
It's difficult to imagine, but easy to understand once you open a drive. Maybe find a defective one on eBay...

I have no idea. I'm sure it could be done in C/C++. Maybe look into Audacity & see if it offers the effect you are looking for.
