Well, there is MVC provided by Spring but there is also an good option Struts so, if we are working with Hibernate, JSF and Spring should we use Spring's MVC or Struts MVC should be implemented?

Spring is a religion. If you are going to put any part of Spring into your project, go Spring all the way.

lets talk with the version name, spring 2 and struts 2 as there are lots of difference between the version in spring and struts.
As per my experience, struts and spring both are good and provide almost every support you need in web development.
Spring is having all kind of support like data model, mvc or ioc etc

while with struts it is purely a MVC framework where you need to plugin the feature of IOC, data transaction releated stuff etc etc.

In whole you have decide based on your requirement and scope of your project.
