I go to above mentioned site but automated troubleshooting services run for windows-Vista.My O.S.is windows-xp and service pack 2.Here I got services for XP but it needs SP-3 and .NET framework 2.0 or higher. If i turn on automatic updates ON for Windows, then it will give me errors about genuinity about windows.Hence neither I upadte windows products nor use microsoft services.

help me out.

Sounds like you're going to have to install a legitimate copy of Windows in order to fix the issue. You can't just force Windows to be legitimate. It either is a legal copy or it isn't.

So basically, Microsoft's Genuine Advantage which irritates every legitimate user on the planet is successfully doing its job in informing you that your software is not valid and to continue using it will be detrimental to your productivity and/or system.
