CD0-DVD ROM drive

Sir,I have problem with my DVD writer.Its 'G\:' drive is not seen in My computer.
I unistall driver and started installing it once again.But while installing it show some hardware error.I am attaching bitmap file along with it.

Suggest a way out of it.docx file is not gettnig attached.

Check the drive in another computer, if the problem follows then the drive needs to be replaced.

I can not view your attached file.
What type of drive is it? SATA or IDE?
What is the drives model number?
