I want to ask all you peoples what is a really good 3d image software for importing the images into Flash 5.0 N E help would be awsome:)

I guess that the question here would be, is swift easy to use? Is it a plug-in to flash or is it a separate entity?

Nighthawk, if you get on boss #3's butt to get that serial number to the office, you'll get to see it in action
It's a stanalone app which exports to SWF which you can import to flash. Yes it's simple cause sloth is using it and we know he aint the brightest buld in the bunch :) J/K sloth

poor sloth, i have it, i don't have to get on anyone's butt, all i have to do is put it on my computer at home and use it :)

Swift 3D is extremely popular
Although agreeably Ulead C3d is cheesy once getting the program you can pick up the plugin at ulead and export to 3D notice my footer
The best way to compensate for the file size of 3D is to import the swf as sprites(in swish) (movieclips in flash)only that area of the 3d most demanding then use a little perspective control over your shapes objects to compensate for the rest. Note the below swf has no 3d objects

other compensation for 3d objects can be done by scaling object in the timeline.
