Tomorrow we find out price/release date of Nintendo 3DS

Tomorrow is the 29th which is the date that nintendo is going to release the price and date that it will release the 3DS. I know I'm getting it launch day is anyone else getting it the first day of release or is anyone excited about it and will buy it later?

There are a lot of people still confused and still think this is just a redesign of the DS with 3D but it's not it has wii quality graphics faster processors and much more.

I'm really excited about the new line up of games coming out with it also.

WTF is a 3DS? Is this a VirtualBoy with colors? Damnit... a hand held that will make me go blind with non 3d-glasses tech...

... and of course work is blocking all information on this device because of category code: games.

Ha Ha about the work thing. Do you Seriously not know what the 3DS is, have you been disconnected with the rest of the world since march ha ha.

I personally won't buy it because I'm not a handheld gamer kind of guy. I honestly don't know where I'd play it if I bought it. On the bus? Fat chance too many thieves here. At work? Why I have full access internet. At home? Why I have a 360.

I think this is targeted more towards college students that live at school or high school kids.

Just because it's handheld doesn't mean you have to be on the move. The most time i play handhelds are at home

Oh I'm also really excited about the analog stick that is a great feature.

Nintendo could laugh all the way to the bank if all they did is re-release N64 games for that device.

No.. I really haven't heard jack on this 3DS... That probably indicates what circles I run around in. (hint - they are rhombus shaped circles). I more or less wrote off the Nintendo DSs years ago as glorified Pokemon platforms. Though I did have a desire to play Animal Crossing once... cest la vie.

You should really read up on it later it's amazing.

I know the line of games is so good, I'm gonna have to get them all.

Heres some new info that just came out about the 3DS

The 3DS will ship with a choice of two colors, Aqua Blue and Cosmo Black
Virtual console is coming to the 3DS! Relive the magic of the Gameboy, GBA and other classic titles in 3D!
The 3DS will ship with a 2GB SD card, not too shabby…
Multi-tasking allows you to seamlessly switch from a game to a 3DS app, and vice-versa.
The 3DS will have Mii Support which utilizes the camera to take photos of your face.
Mii’s can be posted on websites and shared online.
The 3DS can send and receive data regardless of which game is currently in the system, this is know as Tag Mode.
The system has a light near the right shoulder button which indicates when your system has passed another 3DS and/or has received information.
Wireless Communication is still possible when the system is in Sleep Mode.
The system contains software which allows you to merge two photos together.

Resident Evil: Revelations and Metal Gear Solid 3DS will become full games, not just tech demos.
Resident Evil The Mercenaries 3D is also being developed
Street Fighter IV will have online support for Wifi matches.
