Is this true, if the total number of binary 1s is even so its even single-digit parity bit ?
for example:
110110110
the total number of binary 1s is 6 so its even single-digit parity bit
is this true?

You can read up on parity here:

From what I remember, the ones and zeros in a word = a number, then you add an zero to that word if the number is an odd number. If it is an even number, then you add a one to the word.
