i would suggest just finding a small content management system and then just downloading that and taking it apart. thats always the best way to learn it (for me anyways)

i have a very simple system i downloaded a while back, and i just took that, along with other features i needed, and just created a simple webpage that could be accessed by a password that was the center for controlling everything, it was very crude but could be built upon to do just what i wanted, try just working like that.

I don't think there are really any tutorials on making an admin panel. For one thing, an admin panel controls something, so what is it that you want to control?

There is a tutorial somewhere here about editing files with HTML forms and PHP. You may want to look at it for a very simple "admin panel".

I have recently made one that can create, edit and delete files, but at this point it only works for a single directory. If you want I can give you the code.

Im quite new to this all so please be simple,

i have got a website and there is a working login and registration pages
storing the data in mysql (like dah),
im after a admin panel i think!?
or a php script that alows the admin to log in
and display the usernames and email address, thats it!
is there such a way to do this it doesnt have to be linked to my site could be called Admin.php and act as a control panel.

and if someone out there is really kind maybe a delete option to delete the member.

thanks

Hello ecstasy

I see that you are new here...but avoid necro posting unless you have anything new to add to the post. As far as I can see, you seem to have revived a 4 year old post for just asking the code...

Never mind this time, but if you revive posts unnecessarily in future, you may be banned for several days...

Well, now coming to your post.We here at DIC don't provide hard code...we give suggestions and helpful guidelines to help members go in the right path to solving their problem.

regards,
Raghav
