What is the color correcting? And
How to change image color?
Anybody knows the best answer on my question please post your discussion in the site.

Color correction is adjusting the red's blue's and green's, to make the image look more realistic and fix any lighting issues.

One way to change the colors of the image is to use the curves adjustment layer. You can adjust the rbg value, and also all the separate channels.

All of these are available in Photoshop, but not sure if any other software has it. It should be in every other editing software.

For photo editing I recommand GIMP it is almost as good as photoshop and it is free

I'm a big fan of Photoshop but it is absolutely waaaaay over priced.

GIMP is a close second and from my experience the best free alternative for photo editing.
Dannyboy997 gave a pretty good break down of color correction and below I've linked a tutorial on how to do color correction.
