So yes, I'd say you do. But by this time, I'd also say the it'd reached your stomach by now and been disolved by a combination of acid and rabbid enzymes....

Christoph does have the hat, but you don't have this pegged. Yet. You might see an inconsistency with that idea this time around. Ok I'll give you guys a harder one.

I take the hat from Christoph. I give it to pyrogene, who puts it on creativecoding's head. Creativecoding tosses the hat up in the air three times before giving it to gabehabe. Who freaks out because he has no idea where it's been and tosses it to Gorian. GORIAN HAS THE HAT.

Yes, you do have the hat.

It's looking like this game doesn't play as well in a forum as it does in real life, so I'll just explain how it works.

Highlight:

The hat alternates what it does. First, the first person to make a guess has the hat. Next time, the first person to guess is RIGHT with their guess. So obviously if everyone always says "i have the hat", then this has no chance of being solved. Sorry guys, fail on my part.
