Morning Folks,
I've been scouring google for an answer but to no avail. One of my users has the new BlackBerry torch and when he tries to launch the browser. It does nothing. The screen locks up which to me looks like the browser is indeed "launching" but is not visible. It just sits at the home screen. If I press the close/endcall button I am able to resume using the phone. I have power cycled the phone as well as pulled the SIM card. To be honest this is the first time I've experienced this kind of problem with any BlackBerry we have here and am not that adept at trouble shooting them.
If anyone has had a similar problem or can share some info with me I would be very greatful.

I have the exact same problem! Have you found the problem? It's very frustrating. I can use the facebook application so it can't be the wi fi connection. It's only the browswer and links to the internet from mail that lock up. HELP!

after i on my bb,the screen of logo will appear n freeze like that..no home screen at all

Have you updated the OS using BB Desktop Manager? I believe there was a fix for issues like that on the on a previous update. But I would definitely contact your phone career or manufacturer.
