Hello,
One day my computer picture just freezed in game so I made restart to my computer.
After that my computer picture was gone. So now if I start my computer it shows picture when my computer loads graphic card things. If these graphic card things are loaded then my monitor just goes off and picture is gone. If I make restart again then again it shows picture only if it loads graphic card things. While picture is gone my computer works.
Graphic card things are those 512 mb video ram and etc.
I think myself that problem is with videocard. My videocard type is nvidia 8500 GT 512 mb.
Does anyone know what problem it has or what's wrong ?
Reards,

Boot into safe mode, you do this by mashing F8 when starting your computer. You should reach your desktop, as it won't load graphic drivers. Please reply back that this works. If it does, it might be easiest to disable the video card under control panel/device manager, reboot into regular mode with default graphics, & reinstall the drivers.
What type of video card do you have?
Drivers are available here.

Problem is that I can't get my picture back. First thing what it loads are some graphic card things if my computer starts. I don't even see that ram and processor loading. After loading graphic things screen just go off. It wont come back with any trick. Only if I make restart and again I only see when it loading graphic card things.
Anyway thanks for help.

Do you have an onboard video you can use? If so, try connecting to that and booting up like no2 advised.

Are you certain that it showed this before? I can't remember the last time that a BIOS (by default) showed the RAM test. Any computer I've worked has 'fast boot' enabled & 'display RAM test/POST' disabled. That's what makes it difficult to hit F8 for safe mode.
Any chance you can try to enter BIOS?

Does your Video Card have a fan on it? See if will spin easily, if not the barrings are seized. I've replaced a few Video Card fans.
If it is seized, check for charring or burn marks on the card. It might be salvageable. If buying a new one isn't a kick in the wallet for you, eh, then just buy a new one I guess
At any rate, glad you were able to figure it out!

This videocard doesn't have fan. It's with passive cooling. If I look this card all looks pretty ok.
I don't know what happened with it. There is also no burn marks.
Videocards isn't cheap, but I didn't buy a expensive one. Normal one is enough cause I don't play so much.
Thanks for helping.
