usb connection problem

hello ppl, i'm tring to connect to PC with my smart phone. The system on the divice is mobile windows 6.0
i'v got error: The remote party has ended this connection. Do you have any ideas what is the problem?

Have you got any background processes that could be terminating the connection? Is your software up to date? There are a lot of possible variables that could be contributing to your problem. Perhaps report it to Microsoft, since you are using windows phone.
