there's nothing wrong with milk.. it's high in calcium \ fat \ and other nutrients. and as a 135 lb. hyper-active person that suits me just fine.

I drink tea on occasion, green tea, nothing else just tea and water.

Your mother doesn't breastfeed you cows milk...unless she's a cow?
We can digest the milk produced by humans but we don't properly digest the proteins in cows milk. And no you haven't been digesting it perfectly, you've been digesting it partially.
