I don't know about you guys, but i'm 1000% more productive (at learning) when i'm motivated.So, i ask you, what motivates you? (this can be an anime, a book, a comic, a youtube channel, your favourite pornstar, anything)

For me, it's like this:
-Deathnote (a great anime, not related to programming, but it works)
- http://www.youtube.c...h?v=LnSp9rgfel8 (don't ask me why)
- The social network (seen it 5 times in a week)
- GyroVorbis 's channel on youtube ( http://www.youtube.com/user/GyroVorbis )

I love deathnote, truly a beautiful series and a man who want best for the world. Other than that I want to learn because everyone of my idols are coders, they are so successful in life. Besides that, I want to raise a family that knows they don't have to worry about poverty

Knowing that things I have coded in the past has helped myself and others make a lot of money. That and seeing hacker movies where the hackers get lots of chicks and think "Yeah, I just need a single app and I too will have all those chicks"

What keeps me motivated : Every time that I return a laptop (or any other computer item) to a customer whom was told by the Best Buy Geeksquad that "it's not fixable" always makes me smile & reminds me why I'm in business.

The look on their face when the screen lights up, it's just awesome.

The many years of bottom-of-the-barrel, shitkicker work I've done (even when the money was great), my family, being pissed when money is tight and we can't afford things, and the most recent: graduating this year.
