Is it actually possible to make your own fonts and use them in your applications. thanks for telling me in advance

yes it is,
there are multiple programs out there that let you 'draw' fonts like you would if you were using illustrator or other vector creation tools. its a very intensive process creating capital/lowercase/symbols/numbers and making them all look cohesive but if you search google for font creator programs you will probably find what your looking for. haven't done it in a couple years so i cant tell you off the top of my head.
