Posted 26 November 2006 - 06:48 PM

It almost six years when i started to used a computer, and used some Antivirus...and i used a lot of them...from Norton, AVG, Panda, PCcillin..and down to NOD32..and for the purpose of knowing who among them are really good and which is the worse???..

Me. I stomp computer viruses on my own. Plus, you don't get too many in Linux.

Avast. And by far. It's as good as Norton, but with an even better virus database, and it updates about every 2 days. It's free. It's good. Go get it right now.

I like NOD32. It's very good. Had norton before that. it was slow, didn't catch everything and used lots of memory.

NOD32, such a small footprint compared to the evil Symantec Home Security!
Also NOD just sits there and doesn't bug me, where as Symatec bugs me about updates, new products and program errors, NOD32 doesn't ask questions it does what it needs to do.
