We have the "My Topics" link and the "My Subscribed Topics" link - it would be very helpful to have a similar link to keep authors apprised of the status of their submitted tutorials. It is very very frustrating for me, as someone who submits primarily Perl tutorials that it often takes a month before a tutorial is finally posted. This has the unfortunate consequence that I am less likely to have a shot at being the month's "top contributor", I become less motivated to submit additional tutorials, and I start to feel that the Perl section is undervalued. Please don't misunderstand my tone - I am fully aware that there are few people on staff able to review Perl tutorials and other sections receive a significantly larger of volume of content to review (taking up people's time). However, I would like to see the Perl section grow and I think it would be beneficial if there were some kind of resolution to this situation. I would love to be part of the solution. What suggestions do people have?

There is currently an upgrade in the works, which includes consolodating the contributions system. Until then, we are doing our best to get through the pending contributions in all languages as efficiently as possible.
