Problems adding code snippet

I'm trying to add a code snippet into the java code section of the site but I just get a blank screen...anyone else have this issue?

you just click the
 Add code in Java
>>Fill out the fields...then click 
Submit Code Snippet Now
...then wait be patient...it add a points to your Kudos
