At the top right corner of each thread, Make sure you have "Options -> Display Modes" set to "Standard"

no, you're not retarded. it just randomly started looking like that for me today too. If I didn't know where site feedback was and looked to see how to fix it, I would have just been pissed off if I was a first time viewer. Maybe you should check into that, I'll go sign out and view and see what happens
