Using window.print without printing header and footer

Posted 04 January 2007 - 02:23 AM

When I do a window.print, I get page number, page title at the top, and the url at the bottom.

I'd like to print without these... only the table which is in my window...

how can I do that?

I know that adobe software enables this. But i guess you could open up a new window where the table is in, it would be about the same you want.

Hope it helps :D

That’s controlled by the browser’s Print Setup settings. The user will have to change those manually. I believe the document author is supposed to be able to change those details as per the CSS3 Paged Media Module, but that spec is still a W3C working draft.
