Hi
I want to check something and was hoping you guys could help. Could you please tell me the amount it costs for internet in your country, if you've got broadband, give the speed and the amount you pay , the size of your cap e.g 1Gb, 2Gb. and how much that costs. And if possible tell me how much the money you're spending on internet connection is worth. And if you have normal dial up tell me how much it costs per month just to stay connected.

Is this like a project for school or something?
I have US Cable Powered by Warp Drive Online, I have their 'Sonic' plan, which is 5 Mbit downstream, 550Kbps upstream. I pay $34.95 a month.
I also work for a cable provider, SCI Broadband, which serves greater Minnesota including a lot of low penetration areas.
In the larger towns we offer 4Mbit down, 384Kbps up service for $39.95 USD a month, but smaller towns our fastest service is 784Kbps down, 384Kbps up for the same price.
US Cable and SCI both do not have official caps in the TOS for the services.

I have two:
Cable: Telewest
4Mbit down, 384Kbps up, no cap = £25 p/m
ADSL: Orange
2Mbit down, about 200Kbps up, 2GB p/m cap = £FREE with my mobile phone.
I want an uncapped service which is why I still pay for my cable connection but I couldn't pass up a free 2Mbit line too

At the moment Bt Broadband 1Mbit download 5Gb limit, if i go over then it's an extra 30p per Gb. Cost £22.99 Month.
Upgrading to BT Total Broadband, up to 8Mbit download, 40Gb limit per month, £26.99 per month.

DSL 5MB down/1.5MB up (but i varies on city)
Bell Canada
39.99/month
This is the technical payment listed on our bills, but our phone is cheaper because we have both.

wait, canadia pays like $2.50 a month for broadband?
oh yeah, i can up it another 1mps for every 10 dollars i'm willing to spend. and the price might be different for non-cable subscribers, we pay a total of $107 for internet, basic cable, and digital/hd cable.
