i checked Visual Basic 2006 and VB.Net also there i created basic win forms and autorun programs for me

but there i didnt found how to design my custom design for the application(colours, window borders).

Benjamin Franklin is on the front of the $100 US dollar bill. I would require stacks of these. My time is valuable and my experience doesn't come cheap.

That looks like you took a screen shot of juicer3 and put it in ms paint.

Designing that front end is what you need to learn how to do. Go forth - learn, understand, and be educated!
