I have no idea how it came up, but me and a friend ended up on the subject of a man wearing a dress in a workplace. Basically, his argument is that the social normal or acceptable things don't matter at all and men should be able to wear whatever they want. My argument is social normal is very important and it shows your standing in life. This went on and on until I said look, if I own a multibillion dollar company and I'm looking to hire someone, but nobody qualifies for the job except for some guy in a womens dress suit, I can just not hire him for that reason. He claims that is discrimination, sues me for it, and claims he will win (besides my million dollar lawyers vs. His cheap guy).
So yes I am here to settle this. Mainly because you people have experiance in an actual work environment. If I fire a guy because he wouldn't stop wearing a dress to work or if I don't hire him because he's wearing a dress, is it discrimination?

Cool! so that means I can fire all of the woman that wear sweat pants and blue jeans since they are crossdressors?
Crossdressing works both ways dumb ass, tell your mom to put the dress back on and get back in the kitchen!
Ok, that's a little mean, but think about it, men have worn dresses much longer than woman, Scott's (well kilts) Roman's, men of Egypt, renaissance men, Even Jesus wore a robe and diaper

That video has been around for a long time. I can't even remember how I came across it the first time, but it was several years ago.
