Hi all!
I'm planning on getting Windows Vista at some point (please please please don't flame me about its flaws and such) but i live in the UK and it costs around 3 times as much over here than it does in America.
So, its pretty obvious that i want to get it from America. My question is this: will it work on my UK PC?

Work yes. Be totally compatible to the weird language that is british english. Maybe not, but I think it will. As far as I know, the driver sets are the same on all the editions and per-country versions of vista, so you shouldn't have any problems.
By the way... Bitching signature!

I purchased it and installed on my PC, I would not recommend getting it for maybe another six months. Why, you ask. because it doesn't support my video card, or my printer. Not only that, I can't even install itunes on it for another 2 weeks. I would wait till they fix all those issues before purchasing it. Oh, if you want to do the upgrade... Don't. It isn't worth it. Do the clean install instead.

I agree. I wouldn't get vista probably until December when they have gotten a Service Pack out. It seems it is having driver issues and anti-virus issues.
