Custom Build Specs:

  • Case: Antec Nine Hundred V3 Mid-ATX Case
  • Fan Controller: Scythe Kaza Master PRO 6 Fan Controller w/ Temp Sensors
  • Fans: 1x 200mm Exhaust Fan, 1x 120mm Exhaust Fan, 4x 120mm Intake Fans (Cooler Master)
  • MoBo: ASUS Crosshair IV Formula
  • CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1100T (Overclocked to 3.8 Ghz) Runs at 23c on Idle.
  • CPU Cooler: Cooler Master V6GT, w/ Artic Silver TIM.
  • GFX Card: 2x XFX AMD Radeon HD 6770 1GB in Cross Fire X Config.
  • RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB 4 by 4. (Removed Heat Sink/Fins as it wouldn't fit due to the size of the CPU cooler.)
  • PSU: Coolmax 1000w Semi Modular.
  • HDDs: 1x Western Digital 320GB 2.5" HDD Running Windows 7 Enterprise, & 3x 250GB Seagate Momentus LP 2.5" in RAID1 Configuration running RHEL 6 (Red Hat Enterprise Linux).


For those of you wondering how am I running 2.5" Drives, I have custom machined mounts, which convert a 5.25 bay into a 3.5" (I can mount 2x 3.5" Drives, or with additional panel 2x 2.5" HDs.)HDD Mounts

It's finally perfect, except for that fact that it's running WinME. Ouch.
I like a clean desktop and a full taskbar, with every real program on my computer.
I'm using military time, 'cause I just couldn't take summing up the two hours after 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM anymore.
