I want to make a footer template. I see the template at:

Am I supposed to create my template to make sure that the corresponding titles do not cover up the image? or, am I supposed to add these to my template? In any any case I guess I am confused as to what my footer needs to look like to not show the wrong stuff. Any suggestions on creating one, or information about my inquiry?
