Error when I open a windows 7 mac adress changer

I have downloaded "Window 7 Mac Changer" but when I double click it it shows me following error:

The application failed to intialize properly(0x0000135).Click on OK to terminate the application.

Do you have the Microsoft .Net framework installed? If not install it here http://www.microsoft...s.aspx?id=17851
