Alrighty, in case you didn't notice, I redesigned the site yesterday/today. So, let's hear it. Compliments, complaints, bugs, feedback, etc.
I'm especially interested in any browser specific problems including horizontal scrolling at 1024x768+, problems in IE6 or FF 1x.
Let's hear it people.

I took it off for right now. I may add it back in the right column. It was a nice feature to have.

i already have this thread going.
its in the cl.
i still am undecided on the blue.
actually.
i am against the blue.
actually i like the white on blue.
but if you do that the left nav stuff should be white on orange.
way too many changes for me to make up my mind.

Change is good. I like it. I was having an issue earlier with the member panel not rendering correctly in Opera - haven't checked it again.

Last time I checked, if you view someone's blog the template is still the old one.

Yeh, blogs are REALLY busted. Those are the last thing on my list unfortunately.

Still have a problem on the home page with FF 2.0.0.1. The member panel shows up underneath the Featured Developer Blogs (see screenshot), although it works just fine in IE7.
Also, what about adding a link to New Posts next to the Today's Topics link at the top of page??
Currently I have to pull up my member panel to see the link. Not a big deal, just would be nice to have quick access to the link.

Today's active topics actually shows you new posts as well. They'll have orange boxes next to them if they are new.
I may have to rethink the member panel, or make it smaller.
I am aware of the overlap issue with the floating div.

I was just getting ready to make a comment about the size of the panel, so you read my mind.
Actually looks like the font just needs to be reduced a couple of points. Other than that I like the new panel.

well, thats part of the problem. It's the same "old" panel so the code is terrible. I need to make it using a list instead of a ton of divs and spans.

THe blue looks bad, Change it to an orange and it will be better.

I like the blue - gives the site a more rounded look, I think. Not that I had a problem with the orange, but visually some contrast is always nice.

Yeh, I want another color in the mix. The overwhelming amount of orange on the last design bugged me.
This shade of blue might not be quite right, but we'll get it figured out.
