I was a kid back then and the only thing I remembered from Evangelion is the blood. Guess I didn't like it then. You can't stop kids from watching animes though. If as a parent you forbid them then all the more they'll want to watch. Or you could blame it on their friends or the internet. The best thing I believe that we could do is let them watch, hey we turned out fine. Plus I recall there was a saying each generation is better than the last.

Hmm Japan; Adult magazines on bottom shelf, (Older)School Girls wearing knee high socks, belts for skirts and no undies, and 'cartoons' of pschos boning eye sockets. Sounds like a great place to live
