M58 video card problem.

M58 video card problem.

I recently started getting a problem with my video card (NVIDIAŽ 9500 GT 512MB with DP/DVI-I) in my Lenovo m58.. The screen would start flickering randomly for about 10 minutes straight. So i figured it was a problem with the actual card and got a replacement Video card same model. The same problem occurred. Then I put in my video card from my M91p (Lenovo 512MB NVIDIAŽ GeForceŽ 310 DMS59 Dual-DVI, Dual-VGA Graphics Card (57Y4167)) and it worked perfectly fine.

That eliminates the fact that it could be a problem with the PCI slot. I'm out of ideas.

How can I fix this problem on my M58?


Please advise.

There might be an issue with your cards drivers, I recommend going here and searching your card : http://www.nvidia.co...1&psid=51&pid=0

Also, has this issue happened before or is this only occurring now?
