ASP - VB - SQL - Display logged in username as label

Posted 03 August 2011 - 05:03 PM

Is there a way to display the logged in user's username as a label. That would be awesome if someone has a method for doing this(if simple).
Thanks for anything you can do to help!

If there are tutorials for this(anywhere) I would love to know. Thanks again!

Store it in a session variable, and pass it from page to page to page.. and at the start of each page load shove the session variable into a label... or pass the string to the master page and have the label on the master page.

Some tutorials to point your way.
