That's funny, I've been married 6 years and the entire time I've been telling my wife that as soon as I'm done with school we're moving from bumfuck Wisconsin to somewhere that has a real ocean and doesn't have snow. I graduate in December and we just bought a house here. FML.

well honestly it depends on the location
if its anywhere around Jacksonville/Wilmington, then it sucks. too many marines screwing everything up (i was a marine)
northern NC is nice. SC as a whole is also nice but maybe a bit too touristy around myrtle beach. Charleston is extremely nice and beautiful. but if you haven't lived in the south during a summer before you're going to get a stroke :P

I lived in Idaho. The most red state on the map. It's been a tea party there since Mormonism became optional, they just didn't know to call it that. Then again, vocabulary has never been a regional strong point; it's possible that they still don't.

Would not recommend.

Florida sucks, too many old people, too much woods.

Move to the Carolinas, everyone likes the Carolinas.

I've seen deep fried Twinkies but I believe they came from Texas not Ohio.

The thing that I hate about Florida is that everything at least an hour away from where ever I seem to be. Which means I end up getting sun burnt from driving.

No one should get sun burn from driving.

My day is cut in half, because I spend most of my time driving.

& getting sun burnt.
