Can anyone reupload Visual C# 2008 Express?

I don't know is this right section for this question. But I can't download from official microsoft website and I need Visual C# 2008 Express alot right now! Can anyone reupload it to any other hosting? (megaupload,mediafire,uploading...etc) Or give me link to download it from other site! I downloaded WebInstaller from other site but it can't connect to MICROSOFT servers.

Switch off yout pc, switch on, try again. - basic windows troubleshooting.

Click the All - Offline Install ISO image file, then download. This will download the actual ISO file instead of the web installer. It worked fine for me.
