the above poles were left by the Norwegians in honor of the Nazi's In the old days they would use either the horses head or the whole horse and point them in the intended victims general direction. It was basically a 10th century version of

If you believe in eye for an eye hack 'em back! I like taking poison ivy chopping it up, boiling it, straining it, taking the clear paste released from the leaves during the boiling and leaving it somewhere that person will come across. Say, their door knob, or perhaps a keyboard. If you can gain access to their clothing or beddings when their not around the paste will usually get absorbed into them and not be so suspicious when later start scratching like a mad man.

thanks for all of the advice, i will definatly use it in the future.
As for this situation, i don't really know what happened (though i wish i could take credit for it), but i guess all of my attempts to disrupt the stolen file managed to corrupt it in some way since he had to write the thing from scratch. I know this for sure because i was being asked about 2hrs before the deadline for help from this same individual.
*I also had my prof block the dir and cp commands on our server, atleast outside of our own directories.

Don't just truncate the code, replace it with a seemingly similar javascript that just prints "I tried to steal this from WW" again and again when it is run. Do it so that it only does that after the due date so even if they run it on their computer it will work OK until it has been turned in. A little string obfustication and function overloading and they will never know what hit them.
