Hi,
I have developed a wireless sensor networks project using a simulator for simulating the nodes.Am doing a feasibility study of whether nodes can be created using JAVA/C# code.Your inputs could be of great help for me.

This sounds like a low-level project that Java isn't designed for as a high-level, platform independent language.
