I had a whole bottle of AMP which has 164mg of caffeine then an hour later I had a coffee with the same amount of caffeine in it. Now 2 hours later I feel light and I am really happy for some reason. Lol, I think 300mg + of caffeine is bad. But I have had 400mg before and I weigh like 250lb so I don't think that it will kill me.
I'm hyper so I'm just going to throw this out: You should listen to the artist Bjork and listen to the song Counting Down To One by Beautiful Little Machines. Bjork is really amazing. Also, read the series "A Song of Ice and Fire." I'm on the first book.

be nice if too much caffeine made you happy. Whenever I get too much I get extremely nervous and I'm shaking and I have that feeling you get when you have when you know something horrible's going to happen. But that only happened once (vitamin water energy drink).

Been there... Done that... Wait. Let me rephrase that.
Been there... Do that.
215 pounds here. I have this bad tendancy to go through this rotation of drinks while I work:
I do make a point of having the water in between every drink to at least minimize the dehydration factor of all that caffeine.
My recent 6 day road trip to Michigan and back went more like this:
I'm extremely paranoid about getting sleepy behind the wheel and tend to over compensate.
At the end of the week when I got home I was a mess for 3 days and had to taper down the caffeine just to eliminate the withdrawal headaches. That's baaaaaad even for me.
So I'm trying to cut the Monsters out of my regular rotation.

I am a coffee junkie since it is known to contain more caffeine than a bottle of jolt. Mexican or Jamacan blend of course...

I don't really consume much caffeine, it tends to make me cranky. I will have a coffee or something like that in the morning if I am really sleep deprived but they are few and far between.

Mormon? Or some other religious flavor that objects to mood altering chemicals?
Not judging, just wondering. Probably one of the best health decisions you could make. Not only is soda loaded with caffeine, but there is all the sugar, and studies indicate that carbonated water also leaches calcium from your bones.

No religious inclination really. My parents both consume quite a bit of soda per day, and mom is addicted to Mountain Dew to the point that it is always stocked in her house. I just don't like being addicted.
I used to drink a decent amount of soda, gave it up for lent one year while I was still religious, and then decided to just never go back. It definitely feels better.

My grandmother is addicted to Pepsi. She drinks about 5 bottles a day or more. I'm addicted to caffeine but if I quit drinking coffee, I'm fine. I have no withdrawl issues even if I drink 500 mg + of caffeine for 3 weeks straight.
