Since the release of the game has it grown stale? I know personally, I'd play more if there were factors in place to have the objectives completed. Most public servers don't focus on the game paly, just turn out to be a kill fest. What if the Terrorist actually defended the hostage postions? Most players run off to try and up their kills, most CTs try and eliminate the oppostion with out once thinking of the hostages. We need some new innovations in the game to insure it goes forward. There has to be a reason to play VIP scenarios, save hostages, bomb the targets and such. I'll have to agree with the author of the article for now, it's getting old.
