it was inevitable, bound to happen. but should it be? According to this article at ign.com New Line Cinema wants to do a movie based on Metal Gear. They are currently in talks with konami.

i strongly believe this movie should never, ever be made, ever. you know their gonna ruin it and have solid snake pull all that schwarzeneger crap with 2 machine guns running down the hall blowing up terrorists. thats not what solid snake is, he's covert, he gets the job done, and lets as few people as possible know he did it. and thats why this is gonna be crap. plus, who the #### could pull of acting as solid snake? not a damned person i can think of.
