Linux Mint 12 w/ some customizing to the gnome-shell theme; as well as some extensions installed.

Gotta love Skyrim, although a bit outdated, Mass Effect 3 is the way to go! :D

I'll be honest I'm having a real hard time getting into ME3! Waiting for DLC's for Skyrim in the meantime..
