Making an aesthetic scroll bar for iframe

I am currently using iframe on my website (the HTML tag)
The scroll bar is SO ugly and clashes with my design

Is there a way to implement a new one?
I want it to disappear when unused. Look sleek. I imagine jquery is the place for this.

You might want to look into these:
jQuery custom scrollbars
It might take some work though if the iframe is accessing someone else's site.
